Internal Sales Order Created from Spares automatically cancelled

ISO created from spares are automatically getting cancelled along with the IR and i can see no cancellations reasons IR nor any data on the ISO in Actions >> Additional Header Information >>Quantity History.

Can anyone help me with issue and how it is happening and how to fix it.
