listener problem while converting R12 ebs single instance to RAC conversion

Dear Experts ,

im in the process of converting R12.1.1 Single instance  database  to 11g RAC .

database is up and i converted database from Single instance to RAC with RMAN.

while im creating new context file to enable autoconfig for database tier im getting errors.

tns no listener

can any expert advise me how to resolve this ?
