REP-1439: The .REP or .PLX file cannot be compiled as it does not have source

Reports migrated from IAS on Window to middleware forms/reports 11gR2 on Windows

recompiled then exported to .rep. Run when .rdf but get  "REP-1439: The .REP or .PLX file cannot be compiled as it does not have source"

when in rep format. This is calling report from form using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT.

Did anyone ever faced this ?
