Hyperion Job Console Time not in sync with our Eastern Standard Time Zone

Dear Hyperion Guru:

We have been seeing an issue with Hyperion Job Console after our migration to release 11.1.2.4. The timestamp of the job start and complete time is going per GMT instead of the EDT. The system clock seems to be fine.

Also, we tried using a start up parameter described in the following link:

Job Console Reports Wrong Start and End Times (Doc ID 1950735.1)

We put the following parameter in Start up and incremented the JVM count:

-Duser.timezone="America/New_York"

We still see the time difference while running the job console time. We have an SR open with Oracle, but have receive any resolution as of yet.
