Can RDA be setup to always run with the APPS password as defaulted?

I'm looking for information on how to setup the Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) so it will run with the APPS Username and Password (hidden) as default values.  I am functional and use the Application Diagnostic responsibility to run the RDA in R12.
