Has anybody got the error below when validating the server to apply latest patch 12.1.2.6.0 (Patch 22328442)


# oakcli validate -c ol6upgrade -prechecks

INFO: 2016-05-11 15:54:48: Please install the RPM : perl-RPC-XML.noarch

WARNING: Node is not ready for ol6upgrade


If yes, what is the file to install perl-RPC-XML.noarch (EL5 x86_64) and dependencies?
