How to Journal report to show only lines of data to which a user has access?

Hello, We are implementing HFM v11.1.2.4. We have a requirement to generate a journal report for a given user according the access he/she has in HFM. While testing the journal report we observe that if there are 10 journals with 100 lines, the report would have all 100 lines and the data will be shown only in the lines to which the user has access. The rest of the lines appear with a  tag as "No Access". Is there a way to hide these lines with the tag as "No Access"? It will help the user get the desired information
