April Bundle Patches for EM 13.1, EM 12c (PS4 and PS3) are now available in MOS

Hi Everyone,

Its been a while since I announced the bundle patch releases but I've had several questions regarding their availability this month so I thought it was worth a post.  The bundles were released for 13.1, 12.1.0.5 and 12.1.0.4 this time.

To make sure you are fully patched, we recommend you install the bundle patches associated to your version along with the OMS PSU.
