Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello

I have a scenario where the student is applied for a discount and after that we must assign a third-party contract, but on the balance amount.

Ex:

Charges: 1000.00

Waiver: 300.00

Balance: 700.00

third-party contract 50%

Must apply on 700.00 and thus launch a credit 300.00.

However CT is applying about 1000.00.

Is there any parameter to do this right scenario?
