Unable to get OSWBB (or any Supporttools) working under TFA installed by default in GI home.

I'm at a bit of a loss. I cannot get oswbb started via the default install (and latest PSU patched (APR2016))  of tfa. Toolstatus returns blank info, starting and stopping tfa via init,tfa doesn't solve the issue. Trying to start oswbb from within tfactl returns me the usage/help as if the commands as I'm typing them in (as in the ones in the documentation) are of the wrong format.

Clearly I'm missing something. Any idea as to the nature of my idiocy?
