Receipt sources not populating LockBox LOV (Batch Source)

How can we solve this problem? The LOV for the Batch Source field on the Lockbox header region is not populated with the receipt Sources that are setup (with Automatic Batch Numbering selected). Is there an intermediate setup/cofig step required?
