Price adjustments in sales order

HELLO TEAM,

I'm around trying that when entering a product in a sales order (P4210), this applet price adjustments.

The problem is that necessarily must manually add the price in the text box (UPRC), and this time the settings are not applied. why ?

This is because some settings in some program or process option?
