Receiving organization restriction for a resp

Hi Team,

We want to default one receiving organization to a specific responsibility. (We don't want to use the 'Organization Access' functionality because we want this option only for one resp. If i touch the organization access form maintenance will be a big task. Each and every responsibility need to be set)

When user going to receiving responsibility and if they click 'Receipt' screen then system should not ask to select 'Organization'.

We did 'PO:MFG Organization ID' profile option to the responsibility and the values is assigned to the resp but even though when we open the receipt form organization list is listing out.
