component scrap

Hi Expert,

We have raw material (Inlay) which has a chip inside it. This material is bought from supplier.

After doing completion and issue material (we use back flush type), we input the component scrap for rejected inlay.

Question : how do we handle in JDE if we want to take the chip from rejected inlay then reworking the chip with another raw material to make a new inlay?

Please share your thought.
