Not allowing WO Status Change to 'Complete - No Charges' even if linked PR is 'Final Closed'

Dear Friends,

We are on R12.1.3 and using eAM since long.

We applied the patch 18437477:R12.EAM.B few months back which is having enhancement as stated below:

Now the system will validate and notify the user with an error message to prevent the following transactions,if there are Open Purchasing documents for the work order.

- Work order completion to status ‘Complete-No-Charges’

- Work order update from ‘Complete’ to Complete-No-Charges’

The problem is, even if the linked PR is 'Final Closed', system prevents WO Status change to 'Complete - No Charges' . (It is checking the AUTHORIZATION_STATUS of PR which is APPROVED and not the CLOSED_CODE of PR which is  'FINALLY CLOSED' ).
