Price Protection

Hi All,

We are trying to use Oracle Price Protection Module to achieve below requirements:

update the item cost when there is a notification from supplier on price decrease against some items.

Also for all Open PO's item price should get updated to new price

We have set the Supplier Trade Profile parameters against a particular supplier as mentioned below:

Once we create any Price Protection Transaction it goes into "Pending Adjustment" Status. After providing change value covered inventory etc against a particular item we approve it. In Execution Details tab we are able to see Status as "Submitted" against some of the processes like Create On hand Inventory Claim, Update Purchase Order, Update Inventory Item List Price, Update Inventory Item Costing.  However we are unable to see any change in Item Price, Open PO price. Also we are not able to raise and claim supplier claim
