Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Why we are not able to create new field in pipeline toolbox from pricing center in Oracle BRM

we are trying to create a new discount , for that we need to create a discount trigger, rule and master but the new button is hide on the screen

please tell how I enable the new button ,edit button is working.(new button disable in all tab of pipeline toll box).
