Oracle Apps Customer Interface Add New site to existing Customers

Hi

I am trying to create a new site to existing customers which are manually created in EBS.

the value for the HZ_PARTIES.CREATED_BY_MODULE is 'HZ_CPUI'

Can anyone comment if you encounter same issue below?

Is it possible to create new addresses for customers that were already created through the screen using single customer account?

for the specific customer i am using:

HZ_PARTIES.ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE and HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS.ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE is not the same.

After populating interface table and running the Standard Interface Program:

I encountered interface_stus:  A5
