How could "Mktg Campaign Segment Definition List Applet" automatically add a list column while addin

Hi Team,

     I noticed that "Mktg Campaign Segment Definition List Applet" could automatically add a list column when I add a treatment in offer. I'd like to know how to configure this function 'cause I am facing a similar requirement that could use this function.

     Also, I am wondering if this function could be used in other Applet/BC.
