in GI/RAC, why a grid user can start/stop DB?

Hi gurus,

I have a GI env.

GI home is owned by grid user, and RDBMS home is owned by oracle user, they are separated.

With oracle user, I can start/stop the DB, and also do some operations, yes, that's what I expect.

But grid user, too, can start/stop the DB.

I want to let only oracle user has the permission to start/stop DB.

What can I do?

Any advices are appreciated.
