Error- Unable to find OHS configuration file

Hi all, we are using Hyperion 11.1.2.3.501 and recently we faced an issue where users were able to access the application URL but when enter the credentials the screen was hanging. The issue got resolved after restarting the services, now while going through the logs we found that an error related to "Unable to find OHS configuration file"

Can anyone advise us on this please
