E1: SEPA: Can I add a new version of P744001?

Hello,

I need to replace the Instruction priority tag in SEPA XML file. To do it, I should replace the PO#3. Instruction Priority value by NORM of P744001. According to best pactises, I must create a new P744001 version with mentioned value. In other words, no change in ZJDE* versions.

Current one is ZJDE0002. But, I didn't find where I can link P744001 (added version) with R704001. If changes are needed, they should be done in ZJDE0002.
