Changing login in /service/telco

Hello

How can I change service login in /service/telco?

It is not allowed by policy opcode fm_cust_pol_valid_login.c. Error PIN_CUST_VAL_ERR_REJECT with message "Change not allowed for this service" is returned when calling PCM_OP_CUST_SET_LOGIN.
