User recieved EDI RLM schedule in which past demand for an item is reflected as "Other Information" and user wants it should be reflected as "Past Due".. Please explain the exact setup which is causing this issue and how to fix this issue?

I have attached herewith RLM schedule. User wants the past demand should have been reflected as "Past Due" but here it is reflected as "Other Information".
