ISO Error

When Pick release an ISO I have got the error APP-WSH-228447: Pick Release Online has partially completed,The move order could not be completely transacted please complete in transact move order form.But after that i have checked in Transact move order form and Pick wave tab and entered the number and gave combinations then it fetches 0 result can someone help on this issue.
