JAS PY memory is low

Hi, I have JAS PD and JAS PY, PD is working fine and I see in Task manager that 4+G memory is allocated. JAS PY is very slow and I see 1.2G memory is allocated.

My question:

How to allocate or increase memory of the JAS instance (HTML web server)?
