Applying patch 20255342 fails: adlibout.sh: line 479: adlibout.cmd: Operation not permitted

Hello,

Working with a customer. He is applying patch 20255342: "R12.1 General Ledger Recommended Patch Collection(FSG), February 2015" on  a Linux instance. Applying the patch fails with this error: (patch log file attached)
