Bare Metal reinstallation of ODA X4-2

Our X4-2, currently running 12.1.2.5.0 requires a fresh bare-metal re-installation (the reason why is unimportant), with a target version of 12.1.2.6.0.

- What is the approved re-installation path? 

- Can the 12.1.2.6.0 (Feb/2016) ISO be applied directly, or must we first install an older ISO and patch up to 12.1.2.6.0?
