Alignment issues in FR studio

Hello! Does anyone know why sometimes FR studio will not seem to retain header alignment selections? I can center a text box using the "Position Object on Report" dropdown and as soon as I click anywhere else it has went back to "None" being selected. I've tried it countless times. I've also tried deleting the box and recreating from scratch and resizing the box and it does nothing. Any help would be much appreciated.
