Information on Part IV Other ALE Members Of Aggregated Group

Hello,

I have a client who has 29 companies that report up to a Trust.  Only four of those companies do they offer benefits too and process payroll for.  For 1095C processing, they only created 1095C's for the four companies they offer benefits too and process payroll for.  When they processed the 1095C's they process four separate AIR IDs.

Today, my client told me for 1094C reporting they will do manual reporting for 3 of the 4 companies manually because there are under 250 employees.  The fourth company will be electronically reported.  She also told me that we need to include the numbers for the other 25 companies.
