Intercompany transaction between branch plants

Hi All:

I am using JDE9.1. If we want to transfer goods between two branch plants with different company what is the best approach. please note there will be no external customer in the transaction.

I am kind of unclear if I can use ST-OT in which from and to BP belongs to different company. I have checked white paper on intercompany and branch comparison but it is always with the external customer perspective.

Scenario: Material transfer with in-transit information.

Company A - with BP - 10

Company B - with BP - 30

with 10% markup.
