Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Message Broadcast in Open UI not working

We have created a small script to insert a record into the Broadcast Message BC. The recipients are supposed to be only from a division.

When the message is inserted into the table, the message is broadcast only if the recipients is set to All.

When the message is inserted via the front end, it works as expected.

In the table, the row entered via the BC and via the script are the same.

We have also changed the vanilla Workflow policy to fire if Message Broadcast is Yes. No other condition. Still no success.
