Unable to find reflection of Add Tracking Events on Shipment

Hi All,

We are on 6.3.4.1 cloud and entering a Add Tracking Events on Shipment but Shipment is not Start Routing, so is there any setup which needs to be done. As in Help I see the below option:

If the AUTO MATCH TO OBJECT ID(S) parameter is turned on, then events that contain shipment, order release, order base, equipment, driver, or power unit GIDs will be automatically matched with their respective business object, without the use of the agents. For example, if your tracking event includes a shipment ID, then that event will automatically be matched to events for shipments with that ID.
