Hi, We are facing an issue while printing any report to dot matrix printers through an Oracle Apps

Hi,

We recently moved from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.5. We are using dot matrix printers for a lot of reports. OS is Oracle Linux 6.

We are facing an issue while printing any report to dot matrix printers through an Oracle Apps concurrent program. After printing the last page of the report, the form feed does not work by itself, and the user has to use manual form feed button on the printer before he prints another report.

However,if the report has 2 pages, then form feed works between the pages. The issue is only on the last page of any report.


We are using the standard PRT file as given below
