Moving Voting Disks from FRA to DATA in 11.2.0.4

Hi All,

We have insufficient space in +DATA and having more than sufficient space in +FRA.

We would like to remove the two voting disks(each having 250GB) out of 7 voting disks from FRA and add these two voting with space 500GB(2X250GB) to +DATA.

Actual FRA is occupied 750GB out of 2TB. We need to remove 500GB from free space 1250GB in FRA.

How to do this operation in 11.2.0.4, Please let me know.
