Withholding tax for property rent lines

Good day,

I need ability to calculate withholding tax at line level. Withholding tax is only applicable to rental lines so if on a payment schedule  there are 5 lines, tax portion should only be withheld on the rental line.

Please help, any alternative way we can achieve this in property module?
