Need to align the HR tables of two Oracle ERP Instances

Dear Oracle HR Gurus!

Our firm has two Oracle Instances - one for HR & Payroll processing (ERP HR instance) and the other for Purchasing & Financials accounting (ERP Financials instance). Our key challenge is to align the HR employee tables in the two instances as the process is manual, inefficient and error prone. Any ideas on what would be the best approach to do this?
