how to add complete work order buttom to self-service page?

Hey Guys:

i just created a new self service responsibility for getting rid of some functionality, but when i was testing the work order functionality in the new responsibility, i just found out i cant complete the WO cause those buttoms were missed, could you please tell me which functionality did i mistakenly get rid of?
