Media Object Creation on the Chart of Accounts

We are performing a rollout of a new Chart of accounts and would like to use the media object functionality to attach a comment to each new account so as to inform the users as to the purpose of the account. While this is possible on the models, when the account is rolled out to the business units the media object does not transfer so it will be an exhaustive exercise to recreate the descriptions on the accounts in each BU. Does anyone know if there is a way to roll out the media object descriptions when the accounts are
