Inventory Adjustment updated in Cardex F4111 but did not update On hand

I would like to know the solution for below scenario.

Our Business System went down for some time and Inventory adjustment was made at the same time.

This document did hit the F4111 but did not update the On hand. The Batch did posted to GL.

When we try to reverse the Adjustment, It throws error Quantity Invalid.

Please let us know the possible solution for this.
