Adpatch for patch 21314548 failed with ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource ORA-

Hi All,

adpatch failed with ERROR at line 1:  ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource  ORA-06512: at "SYS.AD_ZD_SYS", line 39  ORA-06512: at line 2 . Does anyone have any ideas? I have tried to remove the aposotrophe from the adgrants.sql file which i found on MyOracle support and i have also restarted the database and retried the patch to no avail.

This has been newly upgraded from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3 and the database has been upgraded from 11.1.0.7 to 12.1.0.2
