Can items be returned if they are not in the iStore catalog?
If the order was not initiated in iStore (i.e., the order was entered directly in OM), can the items be returned via iStore if they are not in the iStore catalog?
We have only a small number of items set up in the iStore catalog, but we would like all customers to be able to initiate a return via iStore even if the item is not in the iStore catalog.
