COMMITMENT CALCULATION ERROR IN P3111

Hi everybody,

I need a quick answer for my issue. As it is seen in the screenshot; i have a commitment for my component item and i issue two times, but R3190 cannot clean the commitment. Can you help me for explaining this issue?
