general ledger - budgets / Budgets - Multiple and Budgets - Single Layouts

trying to load the budget journals using general ledger - budgets / Budgets - Multiple and Budgets - Single Layouts.

surprisingly the description column is not present in the both single and multiple layouts. where as the "Enter Budget Journals" have the description column and allows to enter description.

did any one come across this discrepancy and it was over come?

is there any other method of uploading the budget journals other than ADI, SQL loader for example. are there any interface tables available for this function?
