Multischema account distribution

Hi.

I seek for advice with multischema on BRM 7.5 with ECE.

I need to understand what are the constraints of account creation / distribution in multischema environment.

I have read this passage in docs: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16754_01/doc.75/e16719/adm_multidb.htm#BRMSA1003, but there are still some things I do not quite follow:

1. Can a child and parent account be in separate schemas, when child is a paying account (docs refer to nonpaying subordinate child accounts only)?

2. When I'm not using branding -- is it even possible to distribute accounts between schemas? (docs state that all accounts of single brand must be in single schema -- but is no-brand environment single brand or not?...)
