Advance Pricing -Procurement

Hi,

In our Business we want to apply the 4 % on one of the cost method while creating the PO.As we know that while we create the adjustment we cannot use basis code 3 in procurement therefore cannot put any cost method.

Is there a way we can apply the % on one of the custom cost method set in F4105 as an adjustment?I tried using Formula based pricing but could not find a way.

Note-I am not able to use landed cost functionality because it is always based on the purchasing cost on PO therefore thought of using advance pricing of procurement.
