Charges to Capital Project task with Capitalizable flag as No are not picked during invoice generati

Are charges to a Capital Project task with Capitalizable flag unchecked eligible to be billed?>

I have an award funding 2 projects. I have one task in one of the projects is not caiptalizable. When I generated invoice, it did not pickup the expensed charges of capital project.
