Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. suppress a pdf from being created when no records

How can you suppress a pdf from being created when there are no records or no file found at the initialization point of the UBE.

Stop batch processing won't prevent this. Need a way to stop the email distribution in bi publishing of a blank pdf file.

Any ideas?
