Dimension Library, Application Library and Member Select Not In Sync

I am curious if anyone has experienced this and if anyone knows of any solutions. I added four new entities in DRM and then validated the data in a test environment prior to loading it to Production. Everything looks and works fine in the test environment. After the Production deployment I see the entity structure is correct in Dimension Library and Application Library, but it is not in the proper order within Member select. The new entities are displaying at the bottom of my org structure, versus where I put them in the structure. They appear at the bottom in
