Where do I download a specific Oracle Client version?

We currently have the Oracle Client 11.2.0.1 32-bit version.  I need to get it upgraded to 11.2.0.4 and apply a patch.  I have the patch, but I can't seem to find an Update or Full version of 11.2.0.4.  Perhaps I'm searching for the wrong thing(s) in Patches & Updates?
